Renan Jewelers provides complimentary FedEx Overnight Shipping across the continental United States and Canada. All deliveries require an adult signature. Clients may alternatively collect orders from a nearby FedEx location with valid identification. Custom jewelry requires 30–40 business days for production and ships within 2–3 business days thereafter. In-stock jewelry ships within 1–2 business days.
Returns
Renan Jewelers crafts custom fine jewelry with certified diamonds and precious metals. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or misdescribed items reported within 3 days. Custom, engraved, resized, and discounted pieces are final sale. No exchanges. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Clients must insure return shipping.
