Our warranty covers concerns such as loose prongs, defective clasps or locks, misaligned settings, and cracks in the metal. Each item is professionally inspected to confirm whether the issue resulted from manufacturing. When a manufacturing defect is approved, Renan Jewelers will repair or replace the item at no charge.

Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or inadequate care is not covered. Complimentary approved repairs are available exclusively to our clients in the United States and Canada. Simply ship the jewelry to us at your expense, and we will cover the cost of returning the repaired item to you.
